All beings have knowledge that we want to transmit to others but we do not have the necessary tools or we do not know how to do it. The Theater Foundation "La Semilla" - Funtemilla in favor of supporting independent artists, being natural persons who manage to transmit this knowledge from the process of Education for Work and Human Development, and Informal Education.
In this way, see reflected this transmission of knowledge at the economic level to continue exercising its process in the Formation of a Cultured and persevering Society.
Since 2020 with the Pandemic that the whole world is experiencing and at the virtual level, it has been possible to decentralize the training processes and in this way to reach more people who want to learn at the Municipal, Departmental, National and International levels.
Seeing the needs that the artistic sector has been presented with in the face of the problems that our nation has experienced, the "La Semilla" Theater Foundation - Funtemilla , opens the doors in support of all those people who want to start this process and be able to help financially.

Let us bear in mind that Education for Work and Human Development , previously known as Informal Education , is: Complementing, updating knowledge and training in academic or labor aspects without executing the systems of levels and degrees typical of Formal education; and Informal Education , being all free and spontaneous knowledge acquired, coming from people, entities, mass media, print media, traditions, customs, social behaviors and other unstructured ones.

Who is it aimed at?
This project is aimed at Natural Persons who are part of the Artistic Sector or relevant branches and wish to teach a workshop or diploma, not having the tools to develop it.
The Entity hosts a virtual classroom with the tools so that it can carry it out and that transmission of knowledge reaches all the people who wish or need to be linked to the process to be certified at the end.
The interested participant must be over 18 years of age and have the curricular plan designed to start the process. In the event that the interested participant does not have this, the Entity advises him to be able to have his classroom ready and to be able to receive the interested participants.
How does Funtemilla support you?
For the development and success of the process of calling and executing the training project that the interested party wishes to promote and offer for the transition of knowledge, the "La Semilla" Theater Foundation supports:
